Pricing

At RESC, all prices are stated in Danish kroner. The fees for the courses are quoted excluding VAT, as vocational training is exempt from VAT according to the VAT Act §13, subsection 3; however, VAT will be added to catering services. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent.

Payment

Invoices will be sent electronically after the completion of the course, either via EAN number or in E-boks.

Right of Withdrawal

All changes or cancellations must be made in writing via email to resc@slagelse.dk. In your message, please clearly indicate which course you wish to cancel or modify.

• Cancellation by the client may occur without charge no later than 14 days before the start of the course.
• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start will incur a fee of half the course cost.
• In case of no-show, full course fees will be charged.

Courses Excluded from Right of Withdrawal

The following courses are not subject to the right of withdrawal:

• Courses booked less than 14 days before the start date do not have a right of withdrawal.
• Courses created specifically upon request from a participant or company, along with associated expenses, do not have a right of withdrawal.
