Customer Satisfaction
The satisfaction of our customers is of utmost importance to us.
We operate on a scale from 1 to 5.
At RESC, it is essential that our course participants are satisfied and experience engaged instructors combined with high service standards and safety in our training programs. We strive to be a reliable training partner that provides knowledge and tools which participants can easily transfer to their daily work and routines. Therefore, we consistently evaluate after each course so that we can promptly optimize processes or elements that may have been inappropriate regarding the professional content and delivery of the course.
Generally, however, our students are satisfied and particularly note the competence of our instructors and realistic exercise areas.
The diagram presents an overview of how satisfied our students have been with our services. We utilize a scale from 1 to 5, where 3 represents average satisfaction. Our objective is for 95% of our students to rate their course as ‘above average’.
